Adrian Praschl-Bichler is an art historian and is studying psychology at the University of Vienna. His research focuses on the interface between the two subjects in the perception of art. How does art affect people, what do they like and why? Adrian is particularly interested in the application of empirical methods to answer aesthetic, art and image science questions. During his research stay at the Laboratory for Cognitive Research in Art History (CReA) at the University of Vienna, he gained experience in the application of eye-tracking methodology, both in data preparation and in data analysis and evaluation.
